Claire Warren,Chief Executive
Claire Warren has worked in the housing sector for 20 years. Firstly, in the voluntary sector, providing support services to single homeless people before moving to work for a Leeds based Housing Association for 12 years and undertaking a variety of roles from Housing Assistant to Director of Housing and Community Services. Claire has worked in a senior management capacity for 11 years joining the Leeds ALMOs in November 2002 as Chief Executive of Leeds North East homes and moving across to form West North West homes in early 2007. Claire has a BA (Hons) degree in Housing Studies and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Nesreen Lowson, Head of Property Investment
Nesreen has worked in the sector for 16 years starting her housing career as an area surveyor at Hunslet Housing office in south Leeds, and later progressed to working on major refurbishment, Estate Actions and SRB projects. Nesreen joined Leeds North West homes in 2003 as Investment Planning Coordinator and was responsible for planning the decent homes investment plans for the ALMO before joining West North West Homes in the Investment Manager’s capacity and subsequently proceeded to acting as the Head of Property Investment in February 2008. Nesreen maintains her professional registration with the Architects Registration Board (ARB UK) and also holds a BSc degree in Architecture and MA degree in Urban Regeneration.

Richard Walker
Head of Tenancy Management and Customer Services
Richard Walker has worked in the housing sector since gaining a BA (Hons) degree in Housing Studies in 1998. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Service Management. Starting his career as a rent collector in Rotherham, he has had a variety of roles since then, from Estate Management Officer to the Director of Neighbourhood Management. Richard has worked in a senior management capacity since 2003, focussing on joining up neighbourhood services locally and developing them to meet customer and community needs. Richard joined West North West homes Leeds as head of Tenancy Management and Customer Services in May 2009.

Pam Bleasdale, Head of Finance and Corporate Services
Pam has worked in the not for profit sector since 1997 having previously qualified and worked within general accountancy practice. She has experience of a variety of third sector activities including adult care, social enterprise and credit unions, and spent six years as Assistant Executive Director of a stock transfer association in Merseyside. Pam is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
