Cathy Clelland (Chair)
Cathy is an Independent Board Director and Chair of the Board. She has a wide range of expertise, knowledge and experience ranging from Finance and Commercial issues, Business Planning, Company Secretary, Legal Contracts, Procurement and Commercial Negotiations. Cathy is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has previously worked as Finance and Commercial Director and Company Secretary at Leeds Bradford International Airport, she was previously Finance Director at YTTV Programme Making Division. Cathy is also a non-executive at Bradford and Airedale PCT and Chair of The Regional Food Group. Cathy has a busy family and social life, enjoys entertaining, walking and spending time with her two new grandsons.

Corinne Brown
Corinne joins the Board as a Tenant Board Director. Corinne is also a member of the Outer West Area Panel.

Keith Collridge (Vice Chair)
Prior to Keith joining the Board, as a Tenant Board Director, in April 2009 he was a member of the Inner North West Area Panel. At our recent Annual General Meeting in October 2010, Keith was elected Vice-Chair. Keith is also Chair of his local Tenant Resident Association and member of the Kirkstall Festival Committee.

Ben Chastney
Ben represents the Liberal Democrat Party (Weetwood Ward). Ben's knowledge of housing comes through work for a local MP and now as a city councillor. He is currently Chair of the local Council Area Committee and is a postgraduate student. In his spare time, Ben enjoys various sports, walking, cooking and reading.

Paul Dolan
Paul is an Independent Board Director of WNWhL. Paul was appointed Chief Executive of Sadeh Lok Housing Group in April 2011.
Paul has a degree in Housing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing. During his housing career he worked for a number of national and regionally based housing organisations.
Paul was awarded a Scholarship to study Strategy and Leadership at Cranfield University Business School and has studied Advanced Leadership at Ashridge Business School
In a previous career Paul worked as a chef for Raymond Blanc at the two Michelin starred Le Manoir aux "Quat Saisons" in Oxford.

Sean Kelly
Sean is an Independent Board Director at WNWhL. Sean currently works for Firebird Homes Limited as Development and Procurement Manager and is adept in managing projects from inception to completion. He has considerable experience in Architecture and Construction. Sean has a degree in project management and is an Associate member of British Institute Architectural Technologist (BIAT). Sean enjoys sports and socialising with friends and family.

Brenda Kirby
Brenda joined us as an Independent Board Director. Brenda has just taken early retirement after 25 years working for Local Authorities and a further five years at a Housing Association. Brenda currently sits on the Board of CAB in Stockton and a school in Middlesbrough.

Andy Liptrot
Andy is a Tenant Board Director and Chair of the Multi Storey Tenants / Residents Committee. In addition Andy is also a member of an Area Panel. Andy is an advocate of tenant involvement. Outside of WNWhL Andy enjoys all sports and is kept busy with his many grandchildren.

Alison Lowe
Apart from being our representative from the Labour Party (Armley Ward), Alison works closely with West North West homes on our Cohesion and Diversity agenda. Alison's expertise and knowledge is from her role as Chief Executive of Touchstone Leeds. Alison is also a Member of Wooden Spoon, a National Children’s Fundraising Charity.

Glenys Horsman
Represents the Outer North West area. Glenys worked for a Leeds based Building Society for 30 years before retiring. She is Treasurer of the Shakespeare Residents Association. Her hobbies include holidaying abroad, sewing and spending time with the family

Paul Wadsworth
Paul has joined West North West homes as representative for the Conservative Party (elected councillor for Guiseley and Rawdon area). He has lived in Rawdon since the age of seven and attended Westfield Junior School and later Benton Park. He trained in Landscape Gardening at Askham Bryan and set up a business in Aireborough. He has a record of success on the council, in particular in Streetscene, and Leisure Services. He has a strong desire to fight exploitation of our green spaces by unscrupulous developers.

We have 5 committees which are as follows:
- Service Performance Committee,
- Finance and Resources Committee,
- Governance, Risk and Audit Committee,
- Remuneration Committee
- Standards Panel.
