The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 27th October 2010 at 6pm in the Board Room, Westfield Chambers, Lower Wortley Road, Leeds LS12 4PX. The Board meeting will follow at 6.15pm.

Tenant Board Director Vacancy - It could be you!
We're looking for someone who:
· wants to make a difference to the communities and neighbourhoods
that WNWhL look after
· has time to attend meetings and get involved in running WNWhL
· likes negotiating and working as a team
· can tell us what our tenants think of our services

We need to recruit a new Tenant Board Director from the Inner West Area (Armley, Stanningley, Bramley).
As a Tenant Board Director, you will be expected to attend regular meetings and events and will be involved in shaping the future of WNWhL. The Board also makes decisions about services carried out by the organisation, for example:
· repairs and maintenance;
· fire safety;
· sheltered housing; and
· how we spend money.
We will provide you with training to help you in your role as a Director and you can claim back reasonable expenses (such as travel costs, or carer fees).

The Board currently meets monthly (evenings) and has 12 Directors: 4 Tenants, 4 Independents and 4 appointed Elected Members from Leeds City Council.
