When adaptations work has been referred to the team, via the Occupational Therapist, the adaptations team will oversee the work. Adaptations will be carried out by one of our contractors (Kier building maintenance Leeds / Connaught plc or other contractors where necessary).
All of our work will comply with Building Regulations and British Standards.
Types of facilities that we offer may be dependant upon what your Occupational Therapist assessment advises, as well as the construction of your property (which could limit the work we are able to carry out).
