We are always happy to hear your views about the services we provide. If you would like to compliment, comment or complain about our services, there are several ways you can do this.
- You can pop into one of our Neighbourhood Housing Offices and speak to one of our staff. If this is not convenient, then you can:
- Complete the online form by selecting 'Your Feedback Form' from the headings on the left. You can also access this form from the link on the right
- If you would prefer to print out and send a form to us then you can access our 'Compliments, Comments and Complaints Form' from the link on the right.

If you complain, we will investigate it fully and take action to put things right. We acknowledge complaints within 1 working day of receiving them and aim to deal with them within 10 working days of receipt. We believe that the majority of problems can be sorted out through discussion with a member of staff. However, if your problem has not been resolved you have the option of taking your complaint to Stage 1 of our procedures:
Stage 1: A named officer will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Stage 2: A senior manager will review the complaint.
Stage 3: Your complaint will be reviewed by an independent panel of tenants.
If you are still not satisfied, and this is rare, you are entitled to take your complaint to the Local Government Ombudsman, an independent body. www.lgo.org.uk
