There are four Area Panels in the West North West area. These are based on Leeds City Council’s Area Committee structure. They cover the following areas:

Calverley & Farsley, Farnley & Wortley and Pudsey

Armley and Bramley & Stanningley

Adel & Wharfedale, Guiseley & Rawdon, Horsforth and Otley & Yeadon

|
Headingley, Hyde Park & Woodhouse, Kirkstall and Weetwood

Each Area Panel works to a Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct. These are available from the links on the right.
Each Area Panel consists of:
- One Board Director
- Two local ward members
- Six tenants or leaseholders
Area Panel meetings are open to the public and are held on a bi-monthly basis on the same cycle as Board meetings. Brief summaries of the meeting outcomes are available from the links on the right.
The role of the Area Panels is wide and covers several service areas. Their role and responsibilities are listed in Appendix One of the terms of reference.
Each Area Panel is responsible for a budget relating to:
- Priorities identified through the Community Partnership Agreements; and
- Requests for work arising from Tenant Inspection and Estate Walkabouts
