Our Tenant Inspectors are asked to make suggestions that will improve our service to you.
Amongst recent suggestions, which we have put in place are:
• Estate Caretakers are now offering support with overgrown gardens, as a one off, and giving gardening advice.
• We have set-up a Customer Website Review Group, including members from Young Persons Group, LGBT Group and Disabled Customer Forum.
• The Tenant Inspection Team invite relevant managers and partners of WNWhL to their Quarterly meetings sio that they can hear Inspectors’ feedback and give updates on putting in place Service Improvement suggestions
• A review of Lettings Standards, including Tenant Inspectors, is underway
• The telephone numbers of Neighbourhood Management Officers are now available on the web site so that customers who are interested in attending advertised Walkabouts have direct contact details rather than the Call Centre telephone number
Ideas that we are looking at to see if they are feasible and provide Value For Money include:
• Setting up a WNWhL Facebook page, which could have links to other organisations
• A review of Estate Grading is currently underway, with Tenant Inspectors involved, that will deal with suggestions such as Estate Grading forms showing the different responsibilities of WNWhL and Leeds City Council so tenants know who is accountable for carrying out work
