6,417 or 30% of the council properties managed by WNWhL are represented by either a recognised tenants and residents group or an Area Representatives. There are currently 31 Tenants and Residents Groups and 16 Area Representatives*.
*Area Representatives are individuals who are prepared to represent their community in dealing with WNWhL in areas where there is little interest to form a traditional residents group.
