We are delighted to tell you about our free Customer Training Programme. In a recent sample survey we asked what training you would like to see available for you, your home, your groups and your involvement with us. Thanks to funding from the Area Panels and support from partner organisations we have been able to put together what we hope will be a fun, interesting and useful programme.
Sessions for you include confidence and assertiveness and beginners internet and email classes. For your home we are running beginners decorating, beginners DIY and saving energy classes. Your group will be able to learn about organising and funding community events and to get involved with West North West Homes. We will also have informative sessions on repairs, RESPECT, performance, and how to get involved.
