Properties in West North West Homes Leeds are let through the Leeds Homes website and weekly magazine (published every Wednesday). You can see the properties available to bid for by looking in the Leeds Homes magazine or on the website. Copies of the magazine are free to pick up at any of our local housing offices or One-Stop-Centres and you can visit the web site at this address: www.leedshomes.org.uk/
To be able to choose where you want to live you will need to complete a Leeds Homes registration form. This tells us more about your current circumstances and any special information we need to know about you to make sure we recognise the correct priority of your application.
Once you have chosen a property you will need to contact Leeds Homes to ‘express an interest’ in that property. You can bid for up to three homes a week by:
- Using the Leeds Homes website
- Texting your bids to 60066 (see instructions below)
- Telephone on 0113 247 6313
- Posting your bids using the Property Interest Form, printed in the Leeds Homes weekly flyer.
- Telephone the minicom on 0113 222 4410
The Leeds Homes magazine and website give details of the number of people who have ‘expressed an interest’ in all the advertised properties. You can find out letting times by clicking on the link to the right of this page.
You can download a Registration Form, guidance on how to apply for a home or the Council’s Allocations Policy, which clearly sets out how properties are allocated, from: www.leedshomes.org.uk

Policy on Pets in Council Houses

Although there will usually be no problem, there are some situations where we would not give permission. Please read the document in the links on the right for more information.
