The Fast Track Homes process is a new initiative by West North West homes Leeds to make getting into your new home quicker and easier than ever.
Fast Track Homes are homes which don’t need many repairs when the previous occupier moves out. Before you move into the property it will be cleared and washed down and we’ll do a health and safety check. Any other work that needs doing will be completed around you in a ‘final fix’ appointment on the day that you move in.
When you view a Fast Track Home the lettings officer will run through what work will be completed at your 'final fix' appointment. At this time you can discuss your own plans for the property and whether or not you wish the work scheduled for the 'final fix' to go ahead.
Fast track homes are only applied to properties that meet the criteria of minimal repairs needed from the vacating Customer. If they require a number of repairs then the property will go through the normal empty Homes repairs Process completing the works before the new customer moves in.
