Once you have accepted a property and signed to agree that you wish to accept the welcome pack, West North West homes Leeds will share your details with HomeMove Box who will arrange for the welcome pack to be delivered to your home. HomeMove Box will try and deliver the box at your property twice. If they are unable to get access they will drop a note through your door requesting collection from your nearest post office. Royal Mail will never leave a box outside the property.
Your data is only used once by British Gas and Virgin Media.
By ticking that you wish to receive the welcome box, you give consent for your details to be passed on to HomeMove Box Ltd. HomeMove Box Ltd will pass your information onto its partners (as listed on www.homemovebox.com) who may contact you to run through their offers, and act as the data controller.
