In 2009, all West North West homes' tenants received a copy of the new style Tenants Handbook.
The Handbook was developed with our customers and staff to provide useful information that will help our customers to enjoy their home. It explains our services: how to pay your rent, report repairs, live peacefully with your neighbours and access support. It also tells you about the standards of service you can expect from us. These standards are reviewed annually and the new updated leaflets for your handbook are now available in your local Neighbourhood Housing Offices.
